
Delete Your Nimntrn Account
We're sorry to see you go. Follow the steps below to request deletion of your account and associated data.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Email us at support@nimntrn.com from the email or phone number linked to your Nimntrn account.
- Use the subject line: "Delete my Nimntrn account"
- Include in the body: your registered email or phone number, and (optionally) the reason for deletion.
What We Delete
Upon processing your request, the following data will be permanently deleted:
- Your user profile and authentication identifiers
- Personal data linked to your account (e.g., contact info, preferences)
- Event content you created (invitation designs, media uploads)
- Guest lists and RSVP data you manage
What May Be Retained
Certain records may be retained for legal, tax, or security purposes even after your account is deleted:
- Payment and billing records — retained for legal and tax compliance as required by Indian law
- Security and audit logs — retained for fraud prevention and platform integrity
Retention Period
- Account deletion is processed within 30 days of receiving your request.
- Retained records (payment/billing, security logs) are kept for a maximum of 5 years from the date of deletion, in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Guest Invitees
If you are only a guest invitee to someone else's event (and do not have your own Nimntrn account), you can still request deletion of your guest profile by emailing us at support@nimntrn.com.
Please note: event owners may still retain non-personal, aggregated data (such as total RSVP counts) that cannot be used to identify you individually.
