Delete Your Nimntrn Account

We're sorry to see you go. Follow the steps below to request deletion of your account and associated data.

How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Email us at support@nimntrn.com from the email or phone number linked to your Nimntrn account.
  2. Use the subject line: "Delete my Nimntrn account"
  3. Include in the body: your registered email or phone number, and (optionally) the reason for deletion.

What We Delete

Upon processing your request, the following data will be permanently deleted:

  • Your user profile and authentication identifiers
  • Personal data linked to your account (e.g., contact info, preferences)
  • Event content you created (invitation designs, media uploads)
  • Guest lists and RSVP data you manage

What May Be Retained

Certain records may be retained for legal, tax, or security purposes even after your account is deleted:

  • Payment and billing records — retained for legal and tax compliance as required by Indian law
  • Security and audit logs — retained for fraud prevention and platform integrity

Retention Period

  • Account deletion is processed within 30 days of receiving your request.
  • Retained records (payment/billing, security logs) are kept for a maximum of 5 years from the date of deletion, in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Guest Invitees

If you are only a guest invitee to someone else's event (and do not have your own Nimntrn account), you can still request deletion of your guest profile by emailing us at support@nimntrn.com.

Please note: event owners may still retain non-personal, aggregated data (such as total RSVP counts) that cannot be used to identify you individually.
